Vanuit ons kantoor in Utrecht maak je als stagiair direct deel uit van een klein en hecht overnameteam, dat doorgaans uit 2-3 corporate finance professionals bestaat. Een van de voordelen van stage lopen bij Translink Corporate Finance is dat je door de open werksfeer direct betrokken wordt bij alle fasen van het M&amp;A-proces. Je maakt het M&amp;A-proces van dichtbij mee. Zo word je onder meer betrokken bij het zoeken naar de juiste overnamekandidaat, presentaties en pitches, het schrijven van informatiememoranda, het financieel en strategisch analyseren van markten en bedrijven en het uitvoeren van een waardebepaling van een bedrijf. Gedurende je stageperiode kom je in aanraking met het hele proces van Mergers and Acquisitions bij zowel nationale als internationale deals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We offer<\/strong><br \/>\nEen kans om gedurende minimaal 5 maanden, 5 dagen per week, ervaring op te doen in de M&amp;A-markt door directe betrokkenheid bij alle fasen van het overnameproces.
