Our global network of over 400 experts, spread across 36 countries, is unique in the mid-market sector.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position description<\/strong><br \/>\nDuring an internship at Translink Corporate Finance, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages of the M&amp;A process. Based at our Utrecht office, you will become an integral part of a small and close-knit deal team, typically consisting of two to three corporate finance professionals.\n\nOne of the key advantages of an internship at Translink Corporate Finance is our open and collaborative culture, which allows interns to be actively involved in every stage of the M&amp;A process from day one. You will gain first-hand experience in identifying potential acquisition targets, preparing presentations and pitches, drafting information memoranda, conducting financial and strategic analyses of companies and markets, and performing business valuations.\n\nThroughout your internship, you will gain exposure to the full Mergers &amp; Acquisitions process while working on both domestic and international transactions, providing you with broad and practical experience in corporate finance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We offer<\/strong><br \/>\nAn opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the M&amp;A market through direct involvement in every stage of the transaction process for a minimum of five months, working five days per week.\n\nTranslink Corporate Finance is a hands-on and entrepreneurial firm, offering the ideal environment to apply your corporate finance knowledge in practice.
