The group is backed by investor Nordian Capital.<\/p>\n<p>Batenburg Industri\u00eble Electronica, a subsidiary of Batenburg Techniek, focuses on the assembly of industrial electronics with a team of over 100 professionals who handle assembly, testing, and construction of diverse electronic products. The company\u2019s production process is structured to deliver dependable printed circuit boards (PCBs), starting from thorough component evaluation, moving through assembly and rigorous testing, and concluding with final assembly.<\/p>\n<p>Ralph van den Broek, CEO of Batenburg Techniek, says, \u201cThis transaction has allowed us to find a fantastic new partner for Batenburg Industri\u00eble Elektronica.
