part of the formation of Sanviva, a European medical device distribution platform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AllweCare Medical biedt gespecialiseerde distributie van medische hulpmiddelen<\/strong><br \/>\nAllweCare Medical is actief in de distributie van medische hulpmiddelen en ondersteunt zorgprofessionals en pati\u00ebnten met een gespecialiseerd productaanbod. De onderneming richt zich onder meer op hulpmiddelen en producten binnen urologie, wondzorg, stomazorg, scar care, continentiezorg en aanverwante medische toepassingen. Als onderdeel van Sanviva draagt AllweCare bij aan een breder Europees netwerk dat leveranciers toegang biedt tot lokale zorgmarkten, ondersteund door marktkennis, distributie-expertise en langdurige relaties met leveranciers. Sanviva bestaat op het moment van closing uit Apodan, PartnerMed, AllweCare en XboXLab en is actief in Scandinavi\u00eb en Benelux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Axcel bouwt met Sanviva aan een pan-Europees platform in medische hulpmiddelen<\/strong><br \/>\nAxcel investeert in Sanviva met de ambitie om lokale expertise te combineren met een bredere Europese dekking. Het netwerk brengt medische hulpmiddelen naar zorgmarkten in Europa en heeft een productportfolio dat onder meer wondzorg, stomazorg, continentiezorg, hygi\u00ebne, compressie en in-vitrodiagnostiek omvat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De samenwerking met Axcel en Sanviva vormt een belangrijke stap in de verdere groei van AllweCare Medical<\/strong><br \/>\nDoor onderdeel te worden van Sanviva kan AllweCare Medical zijn positie binnen de Benelux verder versterken en profiteren van de schaal, kennis en internationale aanwezigheid van het bredere netwerk. De gedeelde ambitie is om medische leveranciers via \u00e9\u00e9n netwerk toegang te bieden tot meerdere Europese markten, met behoud van sterke lokale relaties en diepgaande marktkennis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sanviva combineert lokale aanwezigheid met internationale slagkracht<\/strong><br \/>\nSanviva is gevestigd in Kopenhagen en heeft aanwezigheid in Denemarken, Zweden, Noorwegen, Finland, Belgi\u00eb en Nederland. Het netwerk richt zich op het ondersteunen van leveranciers, zorgprofessionals en pati\u00ebnten door innovatieve medische hulpmiddelen beschikbaar te maken in Europese zorgmarkten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Axcel ondersteunt ambitieuze ondernemingen bij internationale groei en waardecreatie<\/strong><br \/>\nAxcel is een toonaangevende private-equitypartij, opgericht in de Nordics, die investeert in ondernemingen in Noord-Europa. De investeringsmaatschappij richt zich op vier kernsectoren: Healthcare, Technology, Business Services &amp; Industrials en Consumer. Met kantoren in Kopenhagen, Stockholm en Frankfurt combineert Axcel meer dan 30 jaar ervaring met een gestructureerde aanpak voor waardecreatie en het bouwen van marktleiders.<\/p>\n<p>De investering in Sanviva is gedaan vanuit Axcel Elevate I, het lower mid-market fonds van Axcel dat zich richt op technologie, zakelijke dienstverlening en healthcare.
