Translink Corporate Finance Benelux advised the shareholders of Amsterdam Fashion Group on the sale of a majority interest to Wijkermeer Investments, a family fund that invests in SMEs with a long-term vision.
Amsterdam Fashion Group (AFG) is a leading fashion facilitator specialising in the distribution of high-end Italian luxury fashion. The Group operates in both the men’s and women’s segments and represent several renowned Italian brands in its portfolio. Founder and CEO Bart Verkruissen will remain actively involved as shareholder and in executive management. Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Kevin Straatman and Chief Operations Officer (COO) Rende Luitjes will also join as shareholders.
