We advised on both buy-side and sell-side mandates and achieved excellent results throughout the year. Below, we highlight a selection of transactions that we were proud to support and successfully guide to completion.
Buy-side: LC Engineers & Consultants joins Batenburg Techniek N.V.
This acquisition strengthens Batenburg Techniek’s market position and enables the company to capitalize on the rapidly growing demand for data-driven manufacturing processes and integrated energy solutions, further underscoring its strategic focus on technological innovation and value creation derived from industrial data.
Sell-side: HedoN Electronic Developments B.V. agrees to be acquired by Lifco AB
HedoN was founded in 1979 and is based in Delft. The company has built a strong reputation through its expertise in precision electronics and induction heating technology and is a trusted partner to a wide range of (industrial) customers. By joining listed Lifco, a global group with more than 200 subsidiaries in over 30 countries, HedoN benefits from a long-term investment horizon and strategic support to further strengthen its market position.
Sell-side: The Cargo Security Company joins private equity firm 31Capital
TCSC supports companies in securing and optimizing the (international) distribution of high-value goods through tailor-made security solutions for every stage of the supply chain. Following a thorough analysis of risks and vulnerabilities, TCSC delivers an integrated service offering supported by advanced technologies, proven products, and leading industry professionals. In 2025, TCSC opened a new business hub in Germany. With the support of 31Capital, the company will further accelerate its European expansion strategy.
Sell-side: Nederlandse Obesitas Kliniek (NOK) joins private equity firm Vendis Capital
Sinds de oprichting in 1993 heeft NOK een vertrouwde naam opgebouwd in obesitaszorg in Nederland. Met een multidisciplinaire aanpak – variërend van leefstijlinterventies, bariatrische chirurgie, GLP‑1 therapie, en ondersteund door een team van medisch specialisten, psychologen, diëtisten, fysiotherapeuten en leefstijlcoaches – heeft NOK meer dan 50.000 succesvolle behandelingen uitgevoerd en afgelopen jaar ruim 9.000 nieuwe patiënten behandeld. Dankzij de strategische investering van Vendis Capital kan NOK, samen met haar leiderschapsteam – Kobus Dijkhorst en Jean‑Pierre van Erve – haar groeiplannen verder versnellen.
Sell-side: GEPU voor Horeca en Grootverbruik joins forces with Sligro Food Group
With this acquisition, Sligro Food Group, one of the leading foodservice wholesalers in the Netherlands and listed on Euronext Amsterdam, strengthens its regional coverage in Utrecht and the surrounding area and adds a substantial portfolio of both independent and chain customers to its organization. The transaction marks an important step in Sligro’s strategic expansion in the central Netherlands and underscores its commitment to GEPU’s personalized service approach and carefully selected food products.
Sell-side: NetGroep chooses for TechoneNL’s buy-and-build strategy
NetGroep offers a unique combination of technical expertise and smart solutions for both businesses and consumers. The acquisition represents a strategic expansion for TechoneNL, a fast-growing Dutch IT services provider specializing in cybersecurity, cloud, and managed IT, further strengthening TechoneNL’s position in the Dutch market.
Sell-side: Wayland Energy partners with Yeager Energy
Wayland Energy delivers sustainable heat to greenhouse horticulture companies and households in the Netherlands and has a strong portfolio of operational and planned geothermal projects. Through its partnership with Yeager Energy, the further development of its projects will be accelerated, while the continuity of sustainable heat supply for existing and new customers is safeguarded. Together, the companies form a strong player in the Dutch geothermal sector.
Sell-side: Run2Day becomes part of investment firm Rise Point Capital
Run2Day has been a well-established name within the Dutch running community for nearly 30 years and operates 16 stores in the Netherlands through a combination of company-owned locations, a franchise network, and an online shop. In addition, Run2Day has a strong presence at leading running events and sponsors, among others, the Dam tot Damloop and the Amsterdam Marathon. As part of the transaction, Robbert Cornelissen will join as CEO and co-shareholder and will lead the company into its next phase of growth.
