Translink Corporate Finance Benelux advised Dutch Trading Office (DTO) on the sale to CNC Grondstoffen (CNC). The acquisition of DTO marks a unique milestone in the growth strategy of CNC and reflects its aim for optimisation and flexibility in substrate production and the continued development of the group’s export position in the global market.

DTO supplies substrate to mushrooms farms around the world. Thanks to its patented shipping method the company is able to maintain an optimal quality of mushroom substrate during transport. The joint expertise of CNC and DTO will result in a strong synergy and a broader range of high-quality products and services for all clients.
