Position description
During an internship at Translink Corporate Finance, you will work on multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages of the M&A process. Based at our Utrecht office, you will become an integral part of a small and close-knit deal team, typically consisting of two to three corporate finance professionals.
One of the key advantages of an internship at Translink Corporate Finance is our open and collaborative culture, which allows interns to be actively involved in every stage of the M&A process from day one. You will gain first-hand experience in identifying potential acquisition targets, preparing presentations and pitches, drafting information memoranda, conducting financial and strategic analyses of companies and markets, and performing business valuations.
Throughout your internship, you will gain exposure to the full Mergers & Acquisitions process while working on both domestic and international transactions, providing you with broad and practical experience in corporate finance.

We are looking for a motivated Master's student in the final stage of their studies who is eager to gain hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions. As an intern at Translink Corporate Finance, you will become an integral part of a young, close-knit team from day one.
