Translink Corporate Finance in The Netherlands advised UD-Vet, a leading provider of veterinary practice equipment and other veterinary imaging modalities, on the sale to IMV Technologies, a global leader in animal artificial insemination and veterinary imaging.

Under the leadership of Remon van Rijn, the business has developed into the leading veterinary supply and imaging supply business in the Benelux region.
