Translink Corporate Finance Benelux acted as adviser to Sertion, a Swedish, internationally operating infrastructure and installation group, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Megens Installaties Groep. With this step, Sertion enters the Dutch market, the third market in which Translink has supported the group’s international growth, following previous transactions in Norway and Denmark.

Megens provides leading installation and automation solutions
Megens is an established Dutch specialist in installation, service and automation solutions, with a strong track record in technical maintenance, building automation, measurement and control technology and industrial solutions. The company employs approximately 130 people and generates annual revenue of more than €40 million. As part of Sertion, Megens contributes to a group focused on complex climate technology and sanitary systems, technical infrastructure and industrial piping systems.
