Translink Corporate Finance Benelux acted as advisor to the shareholders of WEBB Traders, a European equity derivatives market maker, on its sale to Marex Group Limited (NASDAQ: MRX), a global financial services platform. Through this acquisition, Marex strengthens its market-making activities and expands its electronic trading capabilities.

In addition, the acquisition further expands Marex’s electronic trading capabilities, fully aligned with its strategy to diversify and broaden its revenue streams.
The acquisition also strengthens Marex’s existing Equity Linked Structured Products platform, enabling the company to internalize hedging activities, improve profit margins, and offer more competitive pricing to its clients.
