Translink Corporate Finance Benelux advised the shareholders of Installatiebureau Rutgers, a mechanical installation company based in Oosterblokker, on its sale to Romijnders, a growing group of technical installation companies based in Wijchen. With this step, Rutgers and Romijnders combine their strengths and create new opportunities for further growth, knowledge sharing and high-quality service delivery.

Rutgers has been active in North Holland for over a century and has grown into a well-established specialist in mechanical installations. With around 40 employees, the company serves a broad client base of commercial clients, property developers and private clients. Rutgers is known for its craftsmanship, reliability and personal approach.
By joining Romijnders, Rutgers gains access to additional knowledge, capacity and support, while retaining its entrepreneurial culture and its own identity. The partnership creates room to further invest in employees, craftsmanship and service delivery. Rutgers will continue to operate independently from its familiar organisation, with the same points of contact and service for its clients.
